Bern

today we spent in Bern after our trip to pilates this morning.

pilates was really cool, the sights can not be captured in pictures or words, but if you want to see my pictures, i have them posted on my facebook page...

anyway, after pilates, we went to bern, didn't even get lost this time and we drove through a construction area, this is really a major accomplishment when you come from a country that actually labels its streets and goes to one that never labels jack shit. thats right Switzerland you suck at labeling your streets. rotten bastards, really you never really know where you are unless you recognize the buildings. once today we were on a road that changed names four times in two miles and we didn't know it except how it was marked on the map.

Bern is really a medieval city with cars, but they are trying to do away with them. bikes are everywhere and everything is within cycling distance, tomorrow we try bikes, we will see if there is an accident or not...

nightlife is not as exciting as luzerne. bars abound and we watched a great soccer match between the swiss team and the greeks, Switzerland won and it was really cool to feel excitement in the air.

tomorrow: bear pits, museums, art galleries, and hopefully no trips to the emergency room...
